Architect Kleff branches out with first development

Mario Kleff, the Pattaya-based architect, and his Wandeegroup construction company have announced the August launch of their first own development. According to Kleff the project, the exact details of which were not revealed, will set “new standards outside standards”.

The 20-storey, ultra- modern tower development will be designed to deliver a unique lifestyle experience for its residents.

“Everything is different with this project. It’s fully financed which means we can build it to the exact standards and way it was designed, and we can build in in record time. This will be the only high rise that will take just 18 month from the start of construction to moving in.

The project, according to Kleff, will not be a mere condo building but a thoroughly designed human life space that will take quality of life to a new level.

Kleff explained: “This iconic project will be built true to its design without any changes. We have seen many instances where developers have been forced to reduce budgets and compromise on quality. Even with some of the large developers the “showroom versus reality” results are not impressive.
