Australia property developer Lend Lease launched Glasshouse Gardens, a two-building condo development in East London, in Singapore this weekend. The homes make up part of The International Quarter, a GBP1.3 billion (USD2.7 billion) mixed-use development in East London’s Stratford neighbourhood, which overlooks Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and Canary Wharf.

The 330 condos in Glasshouse Gardens range from one to three bedrooms, and will be ready for their first occupants in 2016.

Stratford is serviced by two tube lines and three rail networks, and will be home to a Crossrail station in 2019. The neighbourhood has seen a spate of new developments since it hosted the 2012 Olympics.
