What subjects are covered?

APR News comprehensively covers all aspects of the property real estate and related industries in Asia.

Why are so many of the stories about Thailand?

Currently the majority of the news on the site is related to Thailand Property Report, the country's only dedicated real estate newspaper. However Asia Property Report is being developed into a region wide news service provider for the real estate industry and will considerably increase its international coverage over the coming weeks and months.

Do you accept unsolicited stories and press releases?

Yes. We welcome all Asia property and real estate related news, although we can make no guarantees that we will be able to post it on the site. Please email all submissions to editor@property-report.com

I would like to reprint an article who do I contact?

Email web@property-report.com. We are more than happy to provide specific content or RSS feeds to select websites.

How do I list a business on the directory?

Click the register link on the homepage and follow the onscreen instructions.

What kind of businesses do you list?

Any business that is related to property and real estate. Categories include: Advisory Services, Architects, Construction, Consultants/Research, Designers, Developer, Engineers, Home Technology, Landscape, Legal, Products, Security, Marine and Serviced Apartments.

How much does it cost?

A basic listing is free of charge. However, you may find that you get a much better response by paying a small fee for a premium listing. Three packages (bronze, silver and gold) are available. Each package offers features such as descriptive paragraphs, logo's and boxed text that enhance the basic listing and make it much more distinct on the page.

How long is my business listed for?

All free listings are monitored every 12 months to ensure that the database is accurate and up to date. They may be removed if they are considered to be inaccurate or no longer relevant. Premium listings can be purchased up to 12 months in advance.

Can I list more than one business?

Yes, you may list as many businesses as you like. If you wish to enter multiple premium listings, we can offer special discounts that are not available online. Email web@property-report.com for more information.

For sellers

How do I list my property online?

Click the register link on the homepage and follow the onscreen instructions.

I don't have my own real estate company. Can I still use the service?

Yes. Individual sellers are more than welcome to list their properties on the site. Simply select ‘no listing' from the services directory of the registration page and proceed to the Property and Land section.

How many properties can I list?

There is a range of packages available from a single listing (recommended for the independent seller) to various multiple listing options (for agents) from 1 to 200 properties.

Can anyone view my contact information?

No. To protect against spam, they buyer contacts you through a simple online form. The also allows you to gauge with 100 per cent accuracy the effectiveness of your listing. We take the security of the information you give us very seriously - please see our Privacy Policy for more details.

Do I pay a commission?

No. All business dealings are solely at the discretion of the buyer and the seller, Asia Property Report only facilitates the contact.

How do I add or remove a property?

Sign in to your account and select land/property from the left hand side menu. You will then see all the properties you have listed and can edit, upload or delete them accordingly.

How often can I change the information?

As frequently as you wish.

How can I change my listings package?

Sign in to your account and select overview from the left hand side menu. Then select change package. It is then possible to upgrade to a different package.

Can I list rental properties?

Not at this time, but this is a service we will offer soon. If you would like more information on when the service will be available, email web@property-report.com

For buyers

How do I find a property?

Asia Property Report is designed to make this as easy as possible. Select search for property listings, click go and then narrow your search based on country, area, property type and facilities. Once you've found a property you are interested in, select contact seller and we'll email them with your enquiry. The seller can then contact you directly.

What kinds of properties are listed for sale?

Condominiums, apartments, houses, villas and raw land plots.

Do you list commercial properties?

Not yet, though this is something we may consider in the future.

Which countries can I find property in?

Australia, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Thailand and Vietnam.

Can I search for a rental property?

Not at this time, but this is a service we will offer soon. It is possible however, to find agents that offer rental properties in the Real Estate Services Directory.

How do I know the information is accurate?

It is not possible for Asia Property Report to verify the accuracy of information placed on the site and we can accept no liability for inaccurate information. As with the purchase of any property with recommend all necessary due diligence is carried out and that professional legal advice is sought before any contract is entered into.
