Limcharoen Hughes & Glanville re-brands and opens in Ho Chi Minh City


Belmont Limcharoen which recently re-branded to Limcharoen Hughes & Glanville to reflect its expansion, and having operated throughout Thailand for 8 years, has now expanded overseas to Ho Chi Minh City to demonstrate its continued commitment to providing legal services and advice to clients in the Southeast Asia region. Mark D’Alelio joins Limcharoen Hughes & Glanville in its Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam office from Baker & McKenzie Vietnam, and will lead the practice with his experience accumulated in the region in respect of commercial; corporate; finance; joint venturing and real estate sectors. Mark has a good contact base and network in Vietnam, and has assisted global corporations, locally situated companies, and individuals and private enterprises with foreign direct investment and related activities.  Mark was admitted to the state bar in New York and Massachusetts, USA and possesses a B.S. in Supply Chain Management from Arizona State University (1998).  Before embarking on a legal career, Mark worked in the financial services industry, providing contract oversight and negotiations for commercial transactions primarily in the telecommunications, information technology, software licensing, and consulting arenas which provides Mark with a rounded view of business, a particular trait valued by Limcharoen Hughes & Glanville with respect to all of its advisers.
