Property developer Far East Organisation officially launched their Vista Residence luxury condominiums this week and got off to a resounding start- selling out 85 percent of all units, or 74 units out of a total of 88.
Responding to the successful launch, Chia Boon Kuah, CEO of Far East Organization’s property arm, said the response had been good. “This affirms the demand for quality homes that Far East Organization innovates and builds at desirable locations. With this positive response, we will release another 45 units on Wednesday.
“Buyers are mainly Singaporeans and there is particularly strong interest from young professional managers, teachers and civil servants who are buying for their own stay,” said Chia.
Located at the corner of Thomson Road on Jalan Dusun and Jalan Datoh, prices for Vista Residence´s luxury condos start from S$960 per sq ft. Located in two towers – one at 36 stories and the other 35 – the buildings will include a total of 280 freehold apartments that start on the sixth floor to ensure each one enjoys a worthwhile view.
Owners can choose between two vistas, the vibrant cityscape of Orchard Road or the lush green MacRitchie Reservoir and Nature Reserve.
