Sansiri raises revenue targets, plans 21 new launches

Thailand property developer Sansiri has increased its revenue target by 11 per cent in light of strong sales and planned launches.

“We have raised this year’s revenue target to THB20 billion (US$620 million), which is up 15-17 per cent from a year earlier,” company President Srettha Thavisin told reporters on Monday. The Stock Exchange of Thailand listed company recorded sales of THB10 billion (US$310 million) during the first half of 2010
.
Sansiri also plans to launch 21 new projects, worth a combined THB32 billion (US$990 million), during the second half of the year. It plans to raise average selling prices by between 5 and 10 per cent from next month.
