The SMART Investment and International Property Expo running this weekend at SUNTEC Singapore will feature luxury residential properties designed by renowned architect I.M. Pei and Italian fashion house Versace, amongst other offerings
I.M. Pei designed project The Centurion, located in New York’s ultra-fashionable Central Park/5th Avenue area, will be showcased for Singapore investors, as well as the Milano Residences, the first project from Versace Home in South East Asia. Other notable properties at the show include Black Mountain Country Club, comprised of luxury villas and condos overlooking one of Thailand’s best golf courses in Hua Hin; Sanctuary Cove, a resort-style community in Australia’s Gold Coast region featuring a beautiful country club and marina for luxury yachts; and Kata Rocks, a collection of ocean front sky villas on Phuket’s west coast, each with their own private infinity pools.
SMART is Asia’s longest running series of overseas property exhibitions. The exhibition this weekend will be held on Saturday 26 – Sunday 27 of March 2011. The event will offer free educational seminars and an educational platform for investors to acquire residential real estate from around the world and feature property developers from Malaysia, Thailand, Australia, UK, and the USA.
According to a recent survey by the Boston Consulting Group, Singapore has the world’s most millionaires per capita and with local Singapore property prices soaring to record levels, there has been a huge demand for international property. Investors based in Singapore are able to source and buy directly at the SMART Expo.
Keynote seminar presenters include President of New York Residence, Thomas Guss; RBS Morgan’s Equity & Derivatives Director, Wai Yee Chen and CEO of Propnex Realty, Mohamed Ismail Gafoor. In total over 25 experts will be giving free investment and international property purchasing advice at SMART.
